GESTIONNAIRE DE PROJETS
Job description
The candidate will be responsible for pre-sales support (pre-quote, quote, block diagrams,
system configurations, demos) and post sales support (customer management, commissioning).
Tasks and responsibilities
- Managing projects;
- Responsible for system testing prior to system shipping;
- Able to track project deliverables in Engineering, Manufacturing & Sales environment;
- Responsible for acceptance testing with customer;
- Managing customer expectations on-site when required;
- Maintaining software and hardware development lab;
- Responsible for Beta site management;
- Participate in writing product documentation including user manuals, installation
procedures, training documentation;
- Participate with launch plans & customer support plan;
- Participate preparing installation reports;
- Participate with product evangelization;
- Participate designing web pages & multi-image video layouts from customer
diagrams & design information;
- Participate in preparing test procedures;
- Provide customer training when required.
Professional and personal qualifications
- Ability to install video & audio systems with minimum supervision;
- Knowledge of using project scheduling software;
- Ability to understand customer requirements without significant customer
documentation;
- Ability to work with sales to prepare customer quotations;
- Ability to manage customer expectations during system acceptance;
- Proven track record of working with demanding customers in on-air environment;
- Ability to host meetings within company & customers;
- Record of successfully deploying large system projects;
- Abel to travel.
- Perfectly bilingual: French and English
Lieu du travail : Montréal
Poste régulier : Permanent, Temps Plein
Compensation : Salaire selon l’expérience 85K à 95 K
